Vintage Punks
Public Sale is live!!!
Vintage Punks are 64x64 pixel artworks made to honor some of the most historic and important shirts in the vintage community.
There are 15 unique shirt designs, 5 skin tones, and 4 background color options, giving the entire run 300 total combinations. Only 1/1 of each combination exists. 50% of the proceeds will go towards helping further the artists endeavors, and 50% will go towards funding the Vintage DAO which is being started by My Thrift Deal.
Everyone who purchases a Vintage Punk and is in possession of it prior to the DAO launching will gain Membership into the DAO.
Each Punk can represent one membership spot within the DAO. The value of the Vintage Punks will be determined by the public opinion about what shirt designs and backgrounds are most desirable, as well as by the value the DAO provides its members. There is a skin tone for every background and shirt design option, but only one non-realistic skin tone (the Zombie)!

DISCORD BETA LAUNCH
The Discord channel will eventually be gated to only Vintage DAO members, but before the $VTG token goes live, it will be open to the general public. Activity in the Discord during the beta phase will yield rewards (based on how active you are) in the form of $VTG token when the token goes live.

VINTAGE PUNKS NFT LAUNCHES
As a Web3 community, members will be looking for an NFT profile picture that represents something they resonate with. 50% of the initial mint revenue will be used to fund the treasury for the DAO. Each Vintage Punk holder will get an exclusive Vintage Punk t-shirt as well!

DISCOUNTS FOR DAO MEMBERS
Vintage DAO will establish partnerships with local businesses to provide DAO members with exclusive discounts and early access to drops! The DAO will collectively decide what companies we want to partner with to ensure it benefits the most DAO members!

T-SHIRT SENT TO DAO MEMBERS
All members of the DAO will have the chance to sign up to get a one-time only t-shirt for the original DAO members. This t-shirt will be free of charge for all DAO members, regardless where in the world they are located. DAO members will have input on the design as well.

LAUNCH WEEKLY LIVE AUCTIONS
As a benefit of being a member of the DAO, you can sign up weekly for a slot in the live auction schedule hosted from the Vintage DAO Instagram account. These slots are free of charge, but we ask that you give 5% of your sales to the DAO member hosting the live if it's successful.

DAO TOKEN $VTG LAUNCHES
The DAO token represents your ownership in the VINTAGE DAO community. The minimum requirement of VINTAGE DAO tokens required to enter the Discord channels other than General Chat is 25,000 $VTG. Tokens also represent voting rights.

LAUNCH
PODCAST
Vintage DAO will start a podcast to talk about the current state of vintage/art, what the future holds, and feature guest speakers from key parts of the communities. The purpose of this Podcast will be to spread general awareness of vintage clothing.

PURCHASE VINTAGE FOR DAO
The DAO will vote on different pieces they want to acquire for the future retail store. DAO members will have the chance to propose pieces for sale from their personal collections to the community. These pieces will be displayed at all events, and can be sold for profit to the DAO.

HOST AN IN-PERSON EVENT
Vintage DAO will host a for-profit event where DAO members will be able to have booths at the event. The size of the booth will be relative to how many DAO tokens you hold. The event will be paid for by the DAO treasury, and tickets will be sold to G/A to attend.
2023 & BEYOND

LAUNCH VINTAGE DAO MERCH
As Vintage DAO grows into a brand, we will subsequently need our own merch. DAO members will vote on the designs and pricing for the merch, and it will be available to the general public to purchase. Proceeds will go towards further funding other Vintage DAO activities.

OPEN RETAIL LOCATION
All of the pieces that have been collected throughout the year will be released to the general public via a physical retail store! All positions at the store will be filled by DAO members only*, and will pay a full salary. Location TBD, will be decided by the DAO based on logistics.

DAO DECIDES
THE FUTURE
On top of continuing to grow the DAO, host events, and expand retail locations, what else? Throw a huge party? Start a music label? At this point, the DAO will be capable of whatever it wants to achieve, and the direction it heads in will be wholly decided by the community.
